Here are some of my favorite comedies.
Sideways -I absolutely adore this movie, for one because I love wine, for two these guys are hilarious, and three I am approaching middle age.
As Good As It Gets - This movie rocks!! It totally expresses my smart ass sense of humor! LOL
Dumb and Dumber - For silly humor this movie rocks the house. I was laughing so hard at the cop scene where he drank the pee and also the little boy petting the dead bird and saying "pretty bird".
Pulp Fiction - there is too much to say about this one. I loved Samuel L Jackson's character in this movie. This movie is superb to say the least.
National Lampoons Christmas Vacation - I watch this movie at least 3 times a year at christmas time. It is truly the best christmas movie ever made.
All of the Childs Play (Chucky) movies - While these are not considered traditional comedies I can not help but laugh my ass off everytime I watch them. I especially love the last movie Seed of Chucky. Very funny!! ;D
There's Something About Mary - Awesome movie! the scene where Ben Stiller got his junk stuck in that zipper was too hilarious!
Here's a few more I like
Clerks Bad Santa Coming to America Fast Times at Ridgemont High Me, Myself and Irene Slither Beetlejuice Get Shorty

Monty Python's (specially "The Holy Grail") Aye. Monty Python are the Godfathers of humour. Nothing on this planet did ever come close. I actually think that ONE FUNNY FACE of Mr. Cleese or Mr. Idle is funnier than all other combined attempts at comedy ever made. I'm pretty radical here, yes, but I'm a Pythonist to the core. Can't do anything about it.

American Pie 'The Wedding' one of the funniest films I've ever seen. Love Bean as well.
I love stand up comedy as well.
Lee Evans is awesome. Some of you from outside the U.K. will only have limited access to him but if you get chance have a look.
Bound to be something on youtube with him.

YES! MARS ATTACKS! SOmetimes, I catch myself, doing the Martians, haha. What I also love are Jackie Chans very physical comedies. They are very much like the old silent-movies.

“Rushmore” is the best movie ever, for me. It’s about an eccentric teenager named Max Fischer. Rushmore was nominated for two Independent Spirit Awards - Wes Anderson for Best Director and Bill Murray for Best Supporting Actor with the actor winning.
