Ah, never heared of it. But sounds realy interesting, because of symbointic aspect, from various martial arts. It's for self-defense, right? How do you train? More katas or sparring?

Yes, it's for self defense. We learn various ways to defend ourselves and also how to get out of certain situations without having to resort to violence. Our training is a mixture of everything. Each class is different from the next because of the various teachers we have. Some teachers like to focus more on Katas or Pinyons and others like to do more work on punches/kicks and holds. We do sparring from time to time but it's not as often as other things.

Ah, sounds cool. For more deeper aspects of selve defense, like de-escalation, I study stuff of Krav Maga, for example. It's more common, I guess. But even, the likes of Special Forces use it. had saved my skin allready, haha.

Ok, never heared of it. Be that as it may, sounds realy intriguing, in view of symbointic perspective, from different hand to hand fighting. Freelance Writer India
